The Story of DMACtrips

The early 1990’s saw a tremendous boom in international travel and in 1992 DMAC Trips, LLC was formed (initially under a different name) to meet the needs of travelers from the South Jersey & Greater Philadelphia Area. Dissatisfied with the model of many preexisting large student/adult travel organizations, Mr. Donald Casolaro sought to create something different - a trips program that put the traveler’s experience first! 

Over the next decade, and with the advance of computer technology, DMAC Trips grew at a steady and consistent pace. When asked why he felt his small trips company continued to grow while others came and went, Mr. Casolaro said, “it has to do with our attention to the details of planning the overall trip and our willingness to allow our travelers the freedoms they want once we arrive. You can join in on group activities if you wish, or you can skip them altogether. We do not get up at six o’clock in the morning to go stand in long lines at major attractions. We do not take you to restaurants with horrible tourist menus. We do not march you endlessly through the crowds and maze of big city streets. We want you to relax and enjoy the beauty of just being away from home for a while and experiencing a different culture.”
