School Trips: Experiential Education

DMACtrips, LLC has a long history of organizing school trips under various formats. Additionally, all members of our staff are either retired or active high school teachers and coaches. We understand the four most important aspects of student-centered travel as: safe, affordable, immersive, and flexible. Therefore, the experience we have in organizing trips for high school age students and their families is unmatched.
Currently, we offer three formats for School Trips. They are:
1. Academic Trips for underclassmen and teachers. These trips are sometimes referred to as "mini-mesters" (or something similar) and occur either late in the Spring, or at holiday breaks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter). DMACtrips, LLC would coordinate with your school to personalize an educational experience that met the needs of your school. This trip is for students and faculty/staff of the school only and often ties back into assessments being given by the school and teachers. Presentations by the students at various historical and cultural stops would take place adds to the fun! (option capped at 40 students)
2. What are typically referred to as "Senior Trips" for members of the senior class that year. This trip, while still academic, often does not require assessments for the students and is more about celebrating common bonds of friendship & camaraderie ahead of graduation.
3. Something unique for DMACtrips, LLC is the additional option of a Senior Family Trip if so desired. This would occur at the same time as the Senior Trip described above, but would allow family members of the graduating seniors to travel with them. While some of the trip would be together, other dinners and tastings, and tours would be organized separate for the adults. (option capped at 80 total participants)
Chaperone-Student Ratio Policy
DMACtrips, LLC requires that for every 10 students, 1 chaperone is required from the contracted school. With this requirement satisfied, DMACtrips, LLC will cover the cost of each of the chaperones. Partial coverage is possible as well.

Specific details regarding price, insurance, liability, refunds, etc. are covered at a later date between DMACtrips ,LLC and your school administration. A travel proposal will be shared for review & once agreed upon, booking can proceed.
